Project Overview
Spotly is a travel app designed for iPhone 8.
Built on provided UX wireframes from the Intro to UI Design course brief, completed end of 2020.
The platform allows users to explore travel destinations while building a community through likes, comments, and shares.
My Role
User interface and visual design.

Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects.
The app design consists of five mobile screens:
- Welcome screen
- Login screen
- Destinations screen
- Destinations article screen
- Open menu screen
Mood Board
I named the app and developed its visual identity, from custom logo and icons to typography and color palette.
The logo is adapted in the following iOS sizes:
- 152px - iPad
- 120px - iPhone
- 80px - Spotlight
- 58px - Settings
Details were simplified at smaller scales to ensure clarity and legibility.
Target Users
Spotly aims to reach a target user group of young adults to adults, globally.
These users are seeking to travel through the lens of other people's unique experiences. Users looking for inspiration and a break from daily routines can browse destinations and comments to plan their trips.
